During the summer vacation, a group of young teenage boys are sent to a pony farm for camping. They are unaware that their trip will involve more than just caring for horses. Upon arrival, they meet their new "boss," a stern middle-aged man with a disturbing fascination for underage boys. The man introduces himself as "Papa," and begins subjecting the boys to a series of humiliating and degrading activities.
As the boys settle in, "Papa" takes them away from the group and into an isolation chamber where he forces them to perform sexual acts upon each other while he watches and masturbates.
