The video opens with Elza Kom's, a Russian woman, walking confidently down a busy street. She is wearing black tights that cling tightly to her body, revealing her shapely figure. Suddenly, Elza trips on a crack in the sidewalk. As she struggles to regain her balance, it becomes apparent that her pad has become stuck to her tights due to the heat.
Despite her embarrassment, she continues walking, hoping no one will notice her predicament. However, as she passes by a group of construction workers, they start whistling and catcalling at her. One of them even approaches her, offering his assistance in getting the pad off her tights.
As more people notice her situation, the catcalls and whistles intensify. Some people even start taking pictures of her without her consent. Elza's face turns red with humiliation but she doesn't want to make a scene, so she tries to ignore them.
